Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Nitteigumi (the Service). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
The Service provides scheduling and attendance management without requiring a login. It is independently operated and provided free of charge, as is. Features may be added or changed without notice.
2. No-login access
No account registration is required. Please understand the following:
- Anyone with an event URL can view its contents. Possession of the URL grants access.
- Anyone with the URL can edit the event name, description, and date options, and edit or delete other people's responses. Identities are not verified.
- Respondents can enter any name. Names are not guaranteed to reflect a person's identity.
- You are responsible for controlling who receives the URL. Do not enter information you need to keep private.
3. Responsibility for content
Users are responsible for the content they enter, including event names, descriptions, respondent names, and notes. The operator is not obligated to continuously monitor content.
4. Prohibited activities
You must not:
- Violate laws or public order and morals
- Defame, harass, or impersonate others
- Post another person's personal information without consent
- Alter or delete another user's events or responses without a legitimate reason
- Disrupt the Service, including through excessive automated access
- Engage in other activities the operator considers inappropriate
5. Deleting events and responses
- The operator may delete events or responses without notice if they violate these terms or if deletion is necessary to operate the Service.
- Events, including their date options and responses, are automatically deleted one year after their last update.
- Deleted data cannot be restored. Keep your own copy of information you need.
6. Calendar files and local storage
- Calendar files (.ics / zip) used to check availability are processed only in your browser. The files themselves are not sent to or stored on the server.
- Recent events, theme preferences, and table settings are stored only in your browser. For details, see the Privacy Policy.
7. Voluntary support
The Service links to external sites for voluntary support of the operator. Support is entirely optional and does not affect features or terms of use. It is not payment for a product or service and is non-refundable.
8. External services
The Service uses external providers for data storage and hosting, and contains links to external websites. The operator is not responsible for their content.
9. Disclaimer
- The Service is provided free of charge, as is, without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or availability.
- Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the operator, the operator is not liable for losses arising from use of the Service, including outages, data loss, automatic deletion, changes by third parties, or disputes between users.
10. Changes, suspension, and termination
The operator may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service without notice.
11. Changes to these terms
The operator may update these terms as needed. Significant changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
