Privacy Policy

Nitteigumi (the Service) is an independently operated scheduling and attendance service. This policy describes how we handle user information.

1. Information we collect

• Information you enter: event names, descriptions, date options, respondent names, answers, and notes.
• Automatically collected information: traffic statistics such as pages viewed and browser types, through Cloudflare Web Analytics. These statistics do not identify individuals and do not use cookies.

2. Calendar files (.ics)

Calendar files (.ics / zip) are processed only in your browser and are never sent to or stored on the server. Only the resulting answers, such as ○ or ✕, are saved.

3. Information stored on your device

Recent events, theme preferences, response table settings, and the last response time from this device are stored only in your browser, not sent to the server. You can clear your history from Recent events. Clearing browser data removes all of these local records.

4. How we use information

• Providing scheduling features, including saving, counting, and displaying responses
• Investigating issues and improving the Service

We do not use it for other purposes.

5. Retention and deletion

• Events, including their date options and responses, are automatically deleted one year after their last update.
• Responses, including names, answers, and notes, can be edited or deleted from the event's response list at any time.

6. Disclosure to third parties

Except where required by law, we do not disclose collected information to third parties. We do not use or share it for advertising.

7. External services

We use Supabase for data storage, Cloudflare for hosting and analytics, and Vercel for redirects from the old URL, only as needed to operate the Service.

8. Access to event pages

Anyone with an event URL can view and respond to it. Because there is no login, anyone with the URL can also edit the event and edit or delete other people's responses. Event pages are configured not to be indexed by search engines, but share links carefully. Use a nickname if you do not want to disclose your real name.

9. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as needed. Significant changes will be announced on the Service.
